Live ‘Black Gem’ Aloe Plant, X Alworthia; 2-4″ Rooted starter plant, 4” Pot. Plant size and density varies. Organically grown.

Plant Description:

• Alworthia, Aloe ‘Black Gem’ Often listed as Aloe ‘Black Gem’, its botanical name is x Alworthia ‘Black Gem’ is a hybrid between Aloe speciosa and Haworthia cymbiformis. It grows as a large, low clump and the foliage is dark reddish-bronze with conical leaves which become darker and redder in all day, hot sun.

Shipping & Shop Policies:

• CUSTOMERS ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO SHIPPING. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANTS ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED.

• We only ship on Mondays, Tues, & Wed of each week.

• We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We don’t ship potted plants to HI, AK, or CA at this time.

• NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS for any shipping-related issues with USPS or customs. Customer must file their own insurance claim with USPS, if they seek to be compensated for loss or damages from shipping.

• We do not combine shipping at this time. Though if you feel that you were overcharged for shipping, please contact us to see if we can refund you for any overages.

• We aren’t responsible for shipping to USPS’ “unverified” addresses; customers must use the correct shipping address at checkout.

• If you have an issue with your order, unrelated to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours with photo documentation, showing the full plant and pot.

• Once a review is posted on an item, all transactions are final.

• We are a very busy, small family-farm. So, we may not be able to respond to all messages, since our focus is on growing plants.

Care Upon Receipt:

• We do not warranty our seeds/plants in any expressed or implied manner, because the seed/plant care is entirely in the hands of the customer.

• We only ship healthy seeds/plants, so it is up to the customer to research proper care instructions. Given these are predominantly organically-grown seeds/plants, they may have imperfections of various kinds.

• Keep in mind, a wilted plant is not a dead plant. If your plant seems wilted after shipping, this is actually normal due to the stress upon the plant during shipment. If the soil is fully dry, then give the plant some room-temp water right away and put it into indirect light (NOT sunlight), usually the plants will recover in a few days.
