*Overall height is inclusive of the planter height. For example, if your plant is 16” tall the first 6” are the planter, followed by 10” of plant height.

Hibiscus plants have gorgeous tropical flowers! Use this hibiscus plant to add pops of color all over your patio or landscape. The hibiscus flower is approximately 5 inches in diameter. This plant attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.

Proper Care:

Hibiscus plants do best in temperatures from 60 to 90°F. These plants cannot tolerate freezing temperatures. These plants do best with full sun to partial shade, but prefer 6-8 hours of direct sunlight. For watering, during summer/hot months the Hibiscus plant should be watered daily. It will also require lots of water while in bloom. During cooler months Hibiscus plants do not need as much water; only water if the soil feels dry to the touch. In this circumstance, overwatering can result in the death of the Hibiscus plant.

Optional Add On:

-Tropical Plant 16-6-11 Fertilizer, 16oz container. Use 2 TBSP of fertilizer per 3 gallon plant or 1/2 TBSP per 1 gallon plant, every 3 months.

-Outdoor Plant Potting Soil

-Heat Pack: If you live in a cold area (nightly temp reaching below 38F, or if you ship through a cold route) please make sure to add a heat pack! We are not responsible for plants with cold damage due to lack of purchasing a heat pack.
