Description

Pennington northern contractor’s mix is specially formulated using Pennington’s technology and superior seed breeding. The seed itself will establish quickly and use less water than comparable grass seeds. It is specially created to target grass growth in the North eastern region of the country. Great for slopes and tough to grow areas. Developed with contractors in mind.

Provides quick, dense grass coverage
Formulated and mixed specifically for your region of the country
Penkoted technology protects the seed from deadly fungus during the early growth period when grass is most susceptible to disease
Best for use in sunny to partly shady areas (4-hours to 6-hours of sun per day)
Germinates in 10-days to 14-days
Covers up to 8,000 sq. ft. for overseeding and approximately 3,330 sq. ft. for a new lawn
